Founded in Barrie, Ontario, Duncor Enterprises Inc. is a family-owned and operated road construction company specializing in Pavement Preservation Applications, Emulsion Manufacturing, and High-Quality Aggregate Supply and Production.

After 35+ years later, our mission remains unchanged- to supply our customers with quality road surface treatments by using premium-grade aggregates and high-performance emulsions, applied with state-of-the-art equipment and expertise.

We advocate the 3 R's of Pavement Preservation: the right treatment, on the right road, at the right time. We focus to increase the Life Cycle and Pavement Condition of Provincial and Municipal Road Networks more economically and environmentally friendly than traditional resurfacing methods.
